White Shark Window Cleaning

I have been using White Shark for years to clean my eaves and windows. Always on time, and they always do a great job. And they'll even come pick up the lawn sign when you feel you have given them enough advertising. I will continue to use White Shark for all my window and eaves cleaning needs.

The main reason I do not like White Shark is that they do not do a very throrough job. Because you cannot set an exact appointment, you get a floter date and you cannot make sure that they are doing a good job.
I discovered after they had been to my house that they had completely forgotten to clean the eaves at the back of the house. When I called to tell them this, they just told me that they had done them and that was that.
I will not be using their services again.

I have had a similar experience with the window cleaning, they only seem to clean the glass and leave the rest of the dirt around the window frames, that to me is not window cleaning. I won't be using them again to clean my windows. I wrote a comment on their feedback when sending payment and I never heard back or received an acknowledgement of it.

White Shark advertises itself as a window cleaning company when in fact it is only a glass cleaning company. A window is more than just the glass pane. When you buy a window, you don't just get handed the glass. A window is made up of other components and when you ask for window cleaning, it goes without saying that you would like the entire window cleaned - sill, frame, all of it. White Shark doesn't do this. They also just show up after you request a job without settling on an appointment date and time with you. When I pointed this out to the first crew that showed up out of the blue, they told me that the owner doesn't even have to be home when they come. Well the owner should be home because they don't do a good job. As already mentioned, they only cleaned the glass and even that was done with only a squeagy that kept being dipped in the same dirty water over and over again. I won't be calling them again or referring my friends and neighbours.

We have used WHite Shark for 5 years and we are always very pleased with their work - this year i forgot to call and they were able to squeeze me in with very short notice - they are always personable, and reliable with their work - i highly recommend white shark

White Shark had been cleaning our gutters for the last 4 years. At one point we had a roofer who showed up a week after their job and told us they hadn't done the job properly and that that there was all kinds of debris still in our gutters.
We have given them another chance, and yet recently, our neighbors were having some work done on their gutters and the workers told us that there was probably 4-5 years of leaves in one section of our gutters. I called White Shark to tell them this and emailed a photo of the completely full gutter.
They not only wouldn't acknowledge that they hadn't done the job correctly, they weren't even willing to send someone to inspect it just to be sure.
Not only has the work been poor, but the customer service has been intransigent and completely unwilling to deal in a responsible way with me. They won't even acknowledge the possibility that this occurred, in other words trying to make me and the other gutter expert look like we are not capable of honestly assessing what we can see with our own eyes.
Please be warned that the work of White Shark is very inconsistent, and that they won't correct any poor workmanship if it occurs. We will be looking for a more professional company in the future.

White Shark is a great company for small jobs like seasonal window and eaves cleaning. I have used them for a number of years now and have been happy with the work. They have a great on-line service. No need to call, just sign up, pick your services, dates and voila. They arrive on your chosen date and leave the invoice in the mailbox. Couldn't be easier! Give them a try!

I have used White Shark over the years with mixed results for window and eavestrough cleaning. That said, they seem to be providing more consistent service over the past few years with their eavestrough cleaning. No complaints.

We have been using the services of White Shark window cleaning for several years. Over all we are very pleased with the service. They do a great job and always clean the site when they are finished.

The first year we used White Shark they were okay. The second year they didn't show up in the Fall and instead came in the Spring and dented our evestroughs with their ladder. The third year they called in the Fall and told us they'd be coming in the Spring and we told them to take a hike. And they have the gall to stick a sign on their customers' front lawns and leave it when they're done.
