We used Richard for 2 projects.
#1 Addition to back of house, new basement under addition, dig out and waterproof existing basement, gut and reno kitchen #2 Finish basement (drywall, tile, etc) Richard's attention to detail and quality of work is exceptional. He expects all work to be done perfectly.
Sub-contractors are reliable and personable.
Richard provides detailed and accurate estimates and clearly communicates cost and timing for additional work.
Both our projects took slightly longer than expected.
