We have had a terrible smell in our basement for months and after having one company come out and just drill holes into our wall without resolving the issue (and charging us!), we found Pesticon Pest Control.
Waheed accommodated our schedule, coming out on a Sunday afternoon, only after receiving a call from us on Saturday night.
He was professional, friendly and provided us with sound advice. He confirmed that there indeed was indeed a rodent problem and did a through check around the perimeter of our house to look for entry points. He also suggested that we contact a plumber as he believed that there was a possibility that they were coming through some unsealed pipe. We took his advice and had a plumber in today and he was right!
Before he left, he deodorized our basement and it smells much better. We can actually go downstairs now!
