Mr. Patel was professional, prompt and efficient. He educated me on what and how he was doing the job and how the process would work. He described what I should expect in a specific time period of follow up in 'detail' e.g. Color and consistency of the by product I would see and what that meant. He was also very detailed in where he was placing the material, the content and how that works. To top it off he was fast in completing the task and we completed the transaction online off his phone!
