We had an issue at our new house with some unidentified termite-like insects in a pile of wood at the edge of the property, and called Pesticon. Mr. Ahmed dropped by that evening and suggested leaving a detection station to confirm the presence of termites as a first step. He refused to take any payment.
Six weeks later, I called him back to check the station and, fortunately, results were negative. Mr. Ahmed suggested moving the station to check another location and again refused to take payment.
On any future insect or animal issues, Pesticon is guaranteed to have my business.
