We were extremely satisfied with the manner in which Otto's Masonry performed throughout the planning, execution and follow-up on this job at our home. Everybody from the estimator, to the office staff, the field crew who did the repair and Otto himself was efficient, professional and personable. The completed work was exactly what was required and it was completed in a timely fashion as promised. The final cost reflected a fair price which fell within the recommended range for such a repair.
