Otto's Masonry

Otto has done a lot of work in and around my house from lifting a garage and pouring a concrete base to parging to pouring a new walkway between my house and my neighbours. He always is on time and does a great job for a fair price. He even comes back from time to time to check how his work is holding up after weathering. If there are problems that you might not even notice, he notices and fixes them. We are about to engage him in a major basement dig.

We had Otto's parge the side of our 90 year old house and were extremely pleased with the service. The original parging was extremely bubbly and uneven. While the job was much more time consuming than originally estimated, Otto's took the time to do a proper job and now the foundation is perfectly smooth. He even found a couple of other spots to fix up for us. Prices were in line with other quotes that we received.

Otto and I spoke when it was too cold to pour concrete. He promised I would be his first job and came more than once to see if the snow was gone and whether he could give a proper estimate. They started a couple of days ago and the job is finished, reasonably priced, and exquisite. They cleaned up and so many have already complimented us on how lovely the entrance looks now.
