Owning a 100+ year-old home, I share a very narrow alley with my neighbours.

This alley facilitates (very limited/narrow) access to a 2-story brick chimney which required tuck pointing (i.e. replacing mortar between bricks) due to lont-term water/weathernig damage).

Otto visited and inspected the chimney and supplied a very reasonable and accurate estimate.

The work was scheduled rapidly and two workers were sent to complete the job...in a single working day.

Upon completing the work, the workers cleaned the work-site and I was invoice promptly.

I had some damaged bricks on the side of my house. I found Otto through homestars and he lived up to his reviews. He came by on a weekend to look at the work and sent me a quote the next day. The new bricks match the existing bricks very well and the repair blends right in. I am very happy with the finished product.

Otto's team removed a leaking basement window and closed in the space. This was a small job but it was given full attention. When an unepected event occurred with one of the products used, the team went the extra mile to a deliver a quality result. The entire job was done on time and at a very reasonable cost. We found Otto's Masonry on Homestars in September 2008 - we were looking for a contractor to refurbish the front steps of our 1950's bungalow. While other contractors would over-scope the project and propose major reno work, Otto was a breath of fresh air. He gave us a fair estimate and was able make the changes necessary, re-building our front steps and replacing badly damaged brick on the front facade.
We were willing to wait until this April to have Otto do the job. I highly recommend Otto's Masonry! He finished the job on-time and on-budget!

Otto and his crew just completed our front steps in a "Halton" sand stone. We now have a front entrance to be proud of thanks to his skilled workers.
