I strongly advise you to stay away from this company. They were supposed to come install my appliances at 4:30 pm they didnt show until 7:45 pm. They were extremely inconsiderate walking in with their dirty shoes and more interested in my background and ethnicity and exploring the features of my appliances rather than installing everything. They said my microwave doesnt meet clearance and I said okay can you at least install my dishwasher - he refused. I asked them if they could even just level the stove he refused again saying "it requires a lot of time and precision". Then after refusing to install any of my appliances he had the nerve to ask me for 80 "for his time". I told him but you havent even installed anything at least install the dishwasher, he refused and said when we do the install i'll give you $80 off the installation price. They left havent heard from them since. Buyer Beware.

Everald and Rick came today and have replaced the part quickly. They are experienced and knew exactly what the problem was. I would recommend them - Quick and fast service on time. Thanks.

Someone had spilled milk on the stovetop surface of our Samsung range and the milk had leaked into the interior of the oven door window (between the three panes of glass). We needed a Samsung authorized technician to (1) disassemble the door so that the interior of the stove door window could be cleaned, and (2) re-assemble and re-install the door on the stove. We called Home Appliance Repair to do the job after checking with Samsung. Desmond from Home Appliance Repair arrived within the promised timeframe and did the entire job, including cleaning the glass surfaces within the interior of the oven door window, cheerfully and efficiently.

Great service and very considerate an competent technician. He was punctual and very courteous. He gave me good advice on maintenance and efficiently and conscientiously completed the job. Thank you

Worst service ever. Extremely slow in following up.
After 4 visits and 5 weeks, the washer is still not repaired.
Although I do appreciate the technicians spending time and try to repair the equipment.
If I had a chose, would never recommend/use this company.

This is the second time that Val has serviced our Dacor gas stove and and both times we were very impressed with the quality of his service. Home Appliance Repair was timely in the delivery of the service and parts. I would recommend this company.

My brand new Electrolux Washer had a faulty valve and the drum kept filling with water. It was Saturday and there was no one to help me at my Dealer. I called Electrolux and got the number for Home Appliance Repair. They had an emergency email that I sent and promptly got a response to. Next day they called to say that my part would be available on Tuesday. Val came in to replace the valve. Very knowledgeable and excellent Customer Service. I would recommend Home Appliance Repair to everyone I know.

I found Val very professional, on time and helpful as well. He quickly diagnosed the problem and then came back to fix it. He also provided advice to prolong the longevity of my oven.

I had a service last week on my Monogram Fridge. The Fridge stopped working- when I called to have this fixed, A service person came out and quoted $1,596.94. The fridge was 8 years old and turned out the part that was needed was not under warranty. When the service person left - I searched the part numbers and found out they were substantially less than the quote. I was not happy . The following day the office called and said a mistake was made and actual cost to fix was approx half the orig quote. Several days later they came to replace the parts. As of today it is still not working properly. My fridge is now a freezer. I am awaiting to get this resolved.
