Ben was amazing! We were dealing with a red wine stain on an ivory wool area rug. Within a week our rug came back cleaner than we'd seen it in year and not a trace of red wine to be seen.
His service is impeccable. He is quick, picked up and delivered at our convenience (came to our house on a Sunday), and was pleasant and friendly to deal with from the start.
I highly recommend them!
