An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
This is my first review for any product or service but I have to comment. We were completely pleased with Patterned Concrete right from the beginning of the process and all the way through to the end. We are so glad to have chosen Patterned Concrete. The professional and friendly service from everyone in the office and in the field helped us confirm we made the right decision. Patterned Concrete easily accommodated our vacation schedule 2 or 3 times but yet still got the work done in a very timely manner. The job went off without a hitch and there were no delays. Having the work completed once it started was very important to us and it just seems to be the way Patterned Concrete does it every time. The pricing was very competitive for the very high quality and look of our new driveway and walkway. We are so very pleased.
