My house was very cold after the furnace shut down over the long weekend. But when Myles showed up he solved the problem quickly and efficiently. He even went to the supplier to get the part that was needed.

Since I recently signed on to Arpi's service contract I only had to pay for the part (with an Arpi's discount included). No dispatch or labour costs.
That certainly made paying for the contract worthwhile.
