The guys installing our furance were very fast and efficient. They were in and out in no time at all. The furnace works great and it was a great deal. They showed us all the switches and parts we should pay attention to, how to change the filter and how to light the pilot light. They were very attention and detail oriented and I would recommend them.

We purchased a high efficiency Lennox Furnace from Costco and they contracted the installation by Coleman Heating. The installation went very smooth and we have had no problems since we purchased it in 2009.

We asked Coleman heating to install a heat pump to increase the efficiency of our furnace as well as for the air conditioning. They were efficient and professional. They determined the best location to place the heat pump, as well as provided information and suggestions to ensure the logevity of the system. They also send out reminders for service to help ensure the system is maintained.

It was getting colder and 3 months into our new older home, we started to use our furnace. It was time to replace it as it was leaking gas. Coleman Heating (through a Costco promotion) came in with a full crew and did the job faster than originally stated. Some of the guys were a bit young but they were professional and did a great job. They cleaned up all the mess they made and made sure all my questions were answered before they left. Very happy with the work.

Coleman Heating installed my heat pump and I couldnt be happier with the product or service. (brand Lennox) It works beautifully and when they come to service it annually they always get the job done right and are very professional. The neighbors thought the pump was too loud and Coleman Heating came back and moved the pump at no charge to me. Even though the city came out and measured the noise level and said it was acceptable were it was located. I really appreciated Coleman Heating doing this for me. I was getting stressed out about the neighbor complaints and they fixed the situation when they didn't have to at all. I would highly recommend this company!

Coleman installed a heat pump on an existing furnace. A/C continuously froze up. They blamed our ducting. We paid them to fix the ducting issues. A/C continuously froze up. They did some repairs to the heat pump on warranty. A/C continuously froze up. They made more repairs on the heat pump on warranty. A/C continuously froze up. After 3 years of being a regular guest in our home, they REPLACED the heat pump on warranty. A/C continuously froze up. Phoned them again, their number was out of service. Called another heating contractor. In two consulting visits and two work visits, they fixed a few simple problems with the original duct construction as well as new problems added by Coleman. Now our system works better than when it was new. In addition to Coleman's repairs making our system airflow WORSE, they severed the ground wire and shorted out a hot wire on a main power feed to a sub panel and neither repaired it or informed us leaving a dangerous situation. It would still be there had I not discovered it when doing unrelated plumbing work. Booo Coleman.

I have had nothing but issues with my furnace and heat pump since Coleman installed the unit. I finally went to another company who brought in a Lennox representative who examined the system and repair that had been made by Coleman. The Lennox representative was awesome and extremely helpful. He identified numerous safety issues that had been created by Coleman (by-passing several important safety features) and found that they had replaced the main blower in the furnace with the incorrect part. My understanding is that they have declared bankruptcy. If they come out alive on the other side of the bankruptcy proceeding still in operation, I suggest you avoid doing business with them. I final shout out to Lennox for stepping up and fixing them mess Coleman had made!

The new boiler I bought from them is unable to heat my home if the temperature drops below 2 degrees. They claim the boiler is more powerful than my old boiler but it does not heat my home when it is cold. They claim an outdoor thermostat that is provided by Veissman does not work. They did try to resolve the problem, but when they couldn't figure it out they just abandoned the situation unresolved. I had another company come in, they indeed said the boiler would heat this house and then some, but Coleman installed incorrectly. Coleman used piping that was too small, pumps in wrong spots, thermostat incorrectly installed and many, many other issues. I called Gandy & they corrected everything and it works great now, with NO thanks whatsoever to COLEMAN. They eventually went bankrupt and now are trying to resurrect themselves. BEWARE
