New hvac system and water heater
I can't thank Justin from Spring Home enough for helping us find a solution for our home. We had three other companies quote us, and I got the feeling that they didn't have our best interests in mind. They were all a bit pushy and kept pushing specific brands without much consideration of our needs. Justin came in and clearly explained the pros and cons of each unit and supported our final decision based on what we felt was important to us. We felt very comfortable with him, and it is clear that he knows his stuff. He provided a clear and comprehensive quote and was very detail oriented. He even caught things all three of the other contractors missed.
The technicians did an amazing job and were very thorough. They cleaned up after themselves well and were very polite.
Justin has followed up with us twice since the installation, and I feel very good about my decision to use Spring Home. I highly recommend them!
