HE furnace, humidifier, air cleaner
I decided on Springhome for my HVAC project after I talked to their consultant "Cy". When Cy came to my house, he gave me a detail explanations of what they offer and the technologies involved. It's by far the most detailed presentations I got from the various HVAC contractors. Also, he has followed up with me via phone and emails after the initial meeting. He's a treasure to any organization!
On the day of installation, their crews showed up right on time. Due to the layout of the house and the size of the furnace room, the installation went from 10am to 6pm. Like others have said, the workmanship was great and it's clearly shown in the final product. At the end of installation, I noticed that the outdoor intake/exhaust pipes didn't have screen installed. A quick email to George at Springhome got it resolved in no time. One thing clearly made them stand out from others is that when they promise you something, they'll always deliver. This is a company I can trust for my HVAC needs. I'm sure they'll be there for me when I need them. Any equipments can develop problems over time, but there's Springhome.
Btw, we love our new equipments. The DC motor in the furnace is so quiet that we couldn't tell it's on! Now we're looking forward to winter to try out the new furnace :-)
