Mermaid Pools And Hot Tubs

Stephane removed the old skimer and installed the new one and he did a great job...he really knows what he is doing..I highly recommend Stephane and mermaid...Stephane not only is an expert in his field but he is very polite and courteous...He does an exellent job in representing your pool company Mermaid....He gets an A+ from me..A job well done....Thank you

Our main breaker kept tripping. After calling Mermaid Pools service department (Lyne) I was told that it was most likely the heating element. (Shaun) showed up this morning to fix the problem. Service department were bang on. Shaun had it replaced in no time. His service was professional and friendly. He most certainly knew what he was doing. Looking forward to enjoying the tub tonight. Thanks guys.

Eric came to our home and had few old issues with our pool, but it took him few mins to reslove those issues and had our pool up and running and now we got our to swim in just in time for the nice and hot summer. Very happy with his work. Thanks a lot Eric.

Shaun was efficient, thorough and took the time to explain everything to me with great patience. He was very kind and fixed my leaky backwash pipe even though it wasnt scheduled. Thank you Shaun you are an amazing technician and your excellent customer service was greatly appreciated.

Went into Mermaid pools and spas as we just bought a new house and we were shopping for a hot tub. Went in and met Adrien our sales representative. He answered all of our questions and then some. He was super friendly, very knowledgeable and funny. He explained everything to us and gave us a very good quote. We ended up buying our new hot tub and cannot wait for it to be delivered. He also gave us contacts for the fence we wanted in our backyard and recommended an electrician to install the wiring for the hot tub. We had a fantastic experience at Mermaid all thanks to Adrien. Adrian, the sales guy, was awesome and provided excellent customer service. He also educated us on how to use and maintain the pool. Awesome sales service. I’m looking forward to installation later this year.

We just got our new hot tub and are super happy! The team at Mermaid pools - especially our salesperson Kevin was great at answering our questions on types, energy costs and installations. They also took the time to help us troubleshoot over the phone so that we didn't need to pay for service unnecessarily. On the day of servicing, Shaun was courteous and knowledgeable. He was prompt in identifying the issue, explained the set up of our equipment to optimize performance and answered our questions. We were extremely satisfied with the service provided.
