Crown Cornice

We called Frank at Crown Cornice to give us a quote on some crown moulding and baseboard in the dining and family rooms. He was readily available and accommodated our schedule. We were impressed with how quickly he could generate a printed quote - it was all done on site, no waiting for him to go back to the office and work on it.

Frank was also extremely responsive, he answered calls and text messages very quickly and was always courteous and professional.

The installers worked diligently and were very clean, overall a great job and really good experience dealing with Crown Cornice. I would definitely recommend them!

I called Crowncornice to get a quote for my home. I spoke to Jennifer who was very helpful compared to the other competitors I spoke with. Not knowing very much about how crown works, she was able to answer all of my questions, as silly as I thought they sounded. She arranged to have Frank come out to give me an estimate in my home. Frank was very polite and knowledgeable of his products. He measured within 15 min with his laser measuring tool and we sat down to look over the different styles they had to offer. He was very easy to talk to and made suggestions for our home without pushing any sales technique. We received a few quotes and although Frank was not the lowest, he matched their price to earn our business. Their installers were great. They were polite and they were careful with their tools. They used booties on their shoes as promised by Frank and their ladders had rubber ends so not to scratch my hardwood floor. They did all of their cutting outside and they cleaned up after themselves when they were finished. They were fast and installed almost 600ft in one day! They filled all of the nails holes and caulking so all that's left is for me to paint.

I am very happy with the installation. It completely transformed my home.

We had Crown Cornice install our whole main floor and upstairs hallway with their beautiful 8 inch crown. Frank came out, gave us a great quote and then had his guys come for the install. His guys were on time, worked incredibly quick and did a fabulous job.

They came in, measured, printed an estimate on site and gave us a truly honest consultation. They even recommended a less expensive door topper than the one I had chosen that would not have matched our trim as nicely. We are in the process of renovating our entire house. Fred gave us a computer generated quote on the spot. He originally came out to quote on the crown moulding & ended up doing the trimwork for the entire house ~ including a coffered ceiling, casing & baseboard. I originally hired Crown Cornice to do my house in Milton about 2 years ago and the work and price were good. Had a good experience which is why I called them back to do my second house last month. Each job to date was approx. $2500.00 which was a fair price for the work being completed.
In the second home we decided to leave a few of the rooms without crown moulding until a later date which was discussed with Frank to which the reply was "no problem".
Fast forward to this week where he is now demanding we give him more money and work than is required just to complete the remaining spaces.
As a repeat existing customer I am shocked by the level of dishonesty and shadiness that I've been shown. I can completely understand if it was an outside company coming in to complete the job of another contractor but this is not the case.
We have 3 more homes closing this year and will NOT be calling Crown Cornice for these jobs.
I have contacted their competitor and the job will be completed without the "minimum required footage".
It's all about maximizing the sale with Crown Cornice,there are much better deals and ethical people to work with if you shop around.
