When initially contacting The Crack Specialists for an estimate on the crack we needed repaired in the basement I spoke with Todd who was extremely personable and professional. Another gentleman whose name I don’t recall came to do the actual work and he was also very good and friendly. I was very satisfied with the work done and there hasn’t been any water leakage yet, but even if there is they have a guarantee to remedy any problems that may arise. Really impressed with the service overall.

Todd was wonderful. He came to my house twice, the second time to look inside a wall by removing some drywall. In the end, he told me that my problem was not as bad as I thought it was and that I didn't really need his services. Amazing honesty. I gave him every opportunity to gouge me by asking so many followup questions. He patiently answered my questions and kept insisting that the right course of action was to let the walls breathe on their own, now that the drywall was off. We had a flood in our basement end of March early April this year just as the snow was melting, it all ended up in our basement rec room, but we couldn't locate where the water was coming in from. We had friends recommend The Crack Specialist and since they gave free quotes and assessment, we tried them out. Not only was Todd able to figure out the root cause of the leak, but he gave us many options and price points to choose from on how to best resolve our issue. Our basement flooded(sump pump failure) not to long ago & our finished basement was trashed. during the course of the tear out we found 3 pretty significant cracks that weren't leaking but we felt we wanted them repaired just in case.
