We developed a crack in our foundation and heard nightmare stories from friends and family about major excavations to repair from the outside. Todd came, reassured us that in our case that was not necessary and gave us a quote for the job. A week later Wes came (right on time!), explained what he would be doing, and was done is less time than he thought it would take. Two days (of straight rain) later, and we have not had a drop of moisture! Thanks Guys for your professionalism, tidiness, and a great job. Extremely satisfied!! Called to schedule repair and the same day it was repaired. Matt was great, explained everything, great workmanship, friendly and professional. We want to say thank you for your service. The repairman (Steve) who fixed our basement crack couldn't guarantee that it would work as parts of our foundation are porous but I can happily report that we have not had a leak as of yet. With the amount of snow and runoff this year, we had expected to see water somewhere but so far all is dry. We are extremely happy with the work done and will recommend The Crack Specialists to anyone in need of your service.

I had 2 leaks in my basement and called the crack specialist. They gave me quote over the phone and came out when I was available and fixed it. Steve came out fixed in the time he said and was very nice and polite and cleaned everything up when he left They did a great job and would use them again for sure.

Todd was timely and efficient in locating the crack and explaining how it would be fixed during the consultation. It was an immediate "hire" and Wes arrived on time the next morning to fix our crack.
He was courteous, professional and completed the repair within the expected timeframe. No mess leftover.

Very satisfied. Quick turn around in service. My basement was leaking and an appointment was made for the next day after the initial inspection.. Wes and Mike were great..... friendly and efficient and ensured area clean upon their departure. Will definately recommend.

I had a leak in my basement through a crack in the foundation, so I called up The Crack Specialists to take a look. They gave a quote, but I wasn’t really ready to hire them at that point, but when I eventually did call them back they came in immediately and did a great job and haven’t had any problems since.
