One of the springs from our old wooden panel garage door broke. After talking to the friendly staff at Glenmore Door Svcs, it was an easy decision to replace both the door and opener. Darcy, the door technician from Glenmore Door Svcs, was absolutely first rate. He was a consummate professional in all aspects of the job. He was super efficient when he removed the existing wood panel door, hardware and opener. He then quickly installed the new door, opener and weatherstripping, tested and adjusted the system. The new T12 door and 8360 Liftmaster opener are a quantum improvement over our old door/opener - the chain drive is whisper quiet (almost as quiet as a belt drive opener). The price for the removal, supply and install of the new door/opener was very fair and competitive. More importantly, the service far outweighs cost. I would highly recommend Glenmore Door Svcs to anyone considering replacing their overhead garage door or opener.

Glenmore installed a new garage door for us (we were getting new siding). Installation was quick, product is high quality. We opted to get the door with upper windows - what a boost to curb appeal!

From the moment I pressed the garage door opener and realized it wouldn't go up because the spring had snapped, to the moment the garage door was completely installed by Darcy, was a total of 24 hours. I spoke with Rick in Sales Monday morning and he was a great listener, understanding, accommodating and understood the sense of urgency in replacing the door. Our requested standard Steelcraft door was in stock and they arranged to have it supplied and installed the next morning. Darcy, the installer, was also excellent: friendly, humble, perfectionist, knowledgeable, efficient and a straight shooter. The overall experience was just excellent from beginning to end, including the price after having shopped around at 3 other garage companies. I would highly recommend Glenmore Door Services!

After needing a replacement door, stopped in and talked to Rick. Went over a few doors and he came over to measure up. Door was replaced and even replaced the hanging rod for door opener in one day. Would definitely recommend!!

Roberta the manager is very knowledgable about her products and always ready to offer advice or instructions on things such as adjusting the seasonal settings of our garage door etc even over the phone.

Our garage door would sometimes not go up. Called them out to come and do a service call. We had to wait a little while before they were able to come out but they only charged what they quoted me. They said the problem was that someone had backed into the track but I don't know how that would have happened. Overall, happy with the service.
