After struggling with a different heating contractor for 4 years after a botched heat pump installation on top of botched original duct work, we switched to Big Valley Heating. In two consulting visits and two work visits they have solved all of our original airflow and ducting issues, as well as all of the issues created by the original contractor. Both their office and field staff were professional and courteous. Their repairman (and woman) were very knowledgeable and professional. They identified the source of the problem and implemented practical solutions as well as addressing all of my questions and concerns. Our system is working significantly better than it ever has.
