The wonderful experience started with the sales rep Kailen who was very knowledgeable. She listened to my requirements, made suggestions and made the whole process crystal clear. The measurement appointment was quick and easy. I understand the long wait, due to the supply chain, and in my case, it benefited, as I did not want a window put in in the wintertime. Verdun kept me updated all the way. The installation team was fast, efficient, and respectful of my home outside and inside. Dan and his crew deserve to be commended on the outstanding work they did. I enjoyed talking to each member. They were very friendly. The framing, flashings, and vinyl were all perfectly aligned and sealed. They cleaned up everywhere.
