Desperate Housemaids No Longer In Business

We have been using Desperate Housemaids now for the past year. I would like to say that the staff is very courteous and efficient and take pride in their work. Thanks for the service. You guys are great! I just would like the schedule to be consistent and on time.

While the cleaning itself was good and the cleaners were pleasant, I feel I can't recommend their cleaning because of the customer service.

The gentleman I spoke to when booking was rude and cocky.

Also, afterwards they called over and over leaving messages offering me a deal for additional services. I didn't appreciate the phone calls, especially when they said they would continue calling "unless I notified them I didn't wanted to be contacted any longer." A deal is appreciated, but nagging phone calls are not.

I really enjoy my services my cleaners are Tania and Priscilla, KUDOS TO YOU LADIES. they always go the extra mile.

For Example they actually move my stove and clean behind and under it. WOW !!!! They know my family by name- Leave me notes and are always striving for the up most satisfaction on my end.

I Have have had services for half a year or so. The ladies that come to my home and clean are pleasant and usually on time, on occasion had to cancel or rebook never an issue.
Were always able to work out a suitable time for all parties involved. I would recommend Desperate Housemaids to anyone in need of cleaning services.

I would like to extend to the many homes out there in need of a residential cleaner what wonderful service I have had with Desperate House maids.

First and foremost staring with the friendly staff within the office- always easy to get in contact with and pleasant to speak with.

Second:
The staff that comes into my home to clean- Very thorough- Friendly easy to understand accommodating and beyond respectful. Example should they be slightly early and a running late my expectations are always set and have been for over a year - They always come through for me when i am in a crunch...
With the above being said if your a mom such as myself and have very little to no time to even think little own clean your home and or spend time with family call DESPERATE HOUSE MAIDS. Its worth the given piece of mind.
