I can't thank Bill enough!
Our Beam vacuum (less than 8 years old) suddenly died on us and we brought it back to the Etobicoke Service Centre as this is where we had purchased it and it was still under warranty.
Not only did Bill get back to us immediately via email, he was in contact with us regularly regarding our repair. He went ABOVE AND BEYOND what needed to be fixed (and what was covered by our warranty).
Thank you Bill! I feel like we have a brand new vacuum! We are beyond satisfied with your service and will be recommending you to all our friends and family!
