I’ve always enjoyed my experiences with Carpet Palace. It took a long time for me to choose which colour hardwood floors and area rugs I wanted in the kitchen and dining areas, but the people at Carpet Palace always remained helpful, informative and patient. Following that job they supplied & installed carpeting in our living room and they took the remaining carpet and made it into area rugs for other areas in my home. Their service has always been pleasant, timely and helpful.

Joe Costa of J.C. Reno's installed our hardwood flooring throughout our house with the help of Dhillon and Tony who installed the ceramic tile. They were absolutely professional and meticulous with their installation. We also had new doors and casings installed and again the installation was meticulous. I cannot recommend The Carpet Palace highly enough. Our daugher purchased flooring from them originally and we saw the work done at her home, our friends also purchased hardwood and had it installed. We didn't 'shop around' we went straight to The Carpet Palace based on the quality of their product and their attention to detail. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending The Carpet Palace and Joe to anyone. Thank you our home is gorgeous.

It is not often these days you find a small business who listens, cares, and really comes through in the end with a top notch result BUT the Carpet Palace is one of them ! You can sense the passion the Carpet Palace has. You can feel the desire to please. Compared to all the other companies we looked at, the Carpet Palace was by far the most flexible, best value, and most knowledgeable. From the onset when we had the walk through for the quotation process we knew we were onto something as the estimator was thorough, full of ideas, and was very accommodating to our needs. From that point on, all the promises made never fell short and communication was excellent. The project was completed on time and on budget. The quality of workmanship was exemplary. We are all very pleased at the quality of the work and the product supplied.

We hired the Carpet Palace to do a complete carpet replacement at our place of business. As you can imagine, we had to run our business without interruptions and so the phasing of carpet replacement was carefully planned out and work carried out on the weekend. The work areas were left very clean and every Monday over a three week timeframe, we came back to our place of work to find a new section of carpeted joy with all the furniture back to exactly where it was in the first place. Everything went smoothly.

Great Price, and outstanding customer service!!! I did a complete kitchen renovation and did a lot of shopping around so as to keep to my budget. Steve was very knowledgeable and a great person.
