Furnace installed on April 5. When the installer was drilling through the stucco, one of the pilot holes was drilled in the wrong location. This resulted in considerably more stucco being chipped away than was necessary. Both of the installers admitted that they had made a mistake. When I contacted the sales representative and sent a picture of this, he said he would forward it to the general manager. The response that I received was that the installers said that the stucco was brittle. Nothing was mentioned about the mistake. The mistake was covered up with an aluminum plate which is a real eyesore (very noticeable because it is right next to our patio). These aluminum plates are supposed to be replaced with white plates when supplies become available.
I have not received any response from the general manager regarding any of the above.
