sales rep measured wrong, door going wrong way, wrong hardware. took 10 months from our initial deposit to work starting. Constant battle to get work done correctly. Had to fight to get work completed correctly. Front door still does not seal properly. HATED the experience... IT WAS HELL and we paid big bucks for abuse.

I feel terrible in hearing your experience Lori. I know that the odd time mistakes happen and we work very hard to make the customer experience a good one. I hope that things are resolved now, if not feel free to contact me and I will work on more resolution on your behalf. The front door still leaking is not acceptable and is covered under our 5 year installation warranty.
