Bought a new stove over the phone!
Our oven died on Christmas day - we checked online and found some available at Canadian Appliance Source. I initiated a chat and the automated service put me in touch with Anthony. He helped me choose a unit that met my price range and had the features desired. The process was very easy, and I appreciated his input. The unit was delivered a day later than expected (we did 3 day delivery, got it 4th day) as the stove had not arrived at the shippers till after the truck had left, but once the delivery guys arrived, took our old unit out, and we were cookin' in no time.
