Calle because we wanted a dishwasher replaced quickly. They recommended a specific model that they said could be delivered and installed the next day.
Once we paid for the dishwasher, they then told us if could actually not be delivered the next day: We'd have to wait another five days or so.
On the scheduled new delivery day, the delivery guy called to tell us that in fact the dishwasher we ordered was not in stock.
It took several calls to sort things out, and the place was unable to get us a dishwasher on short notice after that.
We arranged a refund, and took our business elsewhere.
