Alex from the Ottawa location was very helpful and knowledgeable. He listened closely to what we needed and hooked us up with a nice set of appliances to outfit our new kitchen. I liked that he didn't pressure us into spending more than he felt we needed to in order to get what we needed from our kitchen. And the pricing for what we got seems very competitive.
Delivery was quick and the guys who brought them were professional. There was a minor glitch along the way but our delivery was a little more complicated than most - it was an honest mistake made worse by some environmental issues going on at the time outside of the store's control. It wasn't a big deal.
All in all, no hesitation recommending them. Here's hoping the appliances live up to the shopping experience so far!
