Made a purchase of two appliances, only to find out day before delivery one is not in stock, called and was told pay extra and get another one, which i did. got the delivery WITHOUT the item, and the sales rep sends me a message, Oh i didnt know i cannot answer your calls i m busy get a refund: only to take out the multi appliance discount not enabling me to get this from any other store if i buy multi appliances, customer services dont answer for two days, emails not answered! anything that has to do with complaints is not answered
