Peter and Meredith have a great company! They are different than the national chains that are set up to sell you hardware and software.
Peter gets into your issue and cares about solving it as if it were his own. It's like a puzzle and he's committed to resolving it. I had such a weird and exotic problem that after weeks of troubleshooting I'd given up. I tried online research, instinct, experience -- nothing could fix it.
I called Peter up at dinner time. He didn't seem to mind. He became so focused on solving this that he jumped in and hit on an ingenious solution within an hour. I am so appreciative.
