We purchased a house with sterling over a year and half ago and have had minor repairs done. The new Customer Satisfaction Specialist for our area is very fast and reliable. We have been waiting on our stairs to get repaired since last summer. We sent one reminder to him and he got the job order done right away, this didn't happen with the old rep, we had to remind him so many times and things didn't get done half of the time. I am very pleased that Trevor has been assigned to our area. He is much faster, it and get things done asap!
