I dont usually write reviews but after hearing about a poor review I felt compelled. I am a custom home builder with more than twenty five years experience. I have used Kitchen Studio/ Nickells Cabinets for at least 40+ homes. I appreciate the small personalized service they provide. Using larger companies my experience has been that you need to talk to different people for each step, design, price, scheduling, install, shipping, deficiencies then billing. Extremely aggravating. With Kitchen Studio one person in office is sole point person. Pricing is competitive for the high quality level.

When it comes to having any type of repair work done to your kitchen by the Kitchen Studio, don't expect anyone to come running. Or even return your phone call for that matter. His new installs are more important than maintaining any previous clients with their repair needs. I waited 2 weeks for a call to back to just schedule someone to come LOOK at the work that needs to be completed and it wasn't until i left Rob a voicemail about his lack of service did he return my call. And to top that off his call started with the words "where do YOU GET OFF leaving me a message about my service?!?" Last time i checked, I was a paying customer!! I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone!
