Losani Homes Ltd

We moved into our house the end of September and we are totally satisfied with it. Everyone at Losani was very co-operative and helpful. They are a quality builder with many stylish standard features and upgrades available at their Design Centre. Based on what we received it was totally worth the price. Didn’t have any problems, just some little things that they resolved quickly. I strongly recommend them.

We were looking for homes in our area and Losani actually delivered much better looking homes with better features for the price compared to the competition. We really like the house we bought, it’s beautiful and well-designed. We haven’t had any issues and their service department has been really good. Both the manager Greg and the service guy (also named Greg) are really helpful. They’ve been great overall and I’ve already recommended Losani to friends.

I’ve actually purchased two homes from them, one in 2005 and another in 2011. Both of the homes I still own and haven’t had any issues in terms of construction or workmanship. Plus, the quality and the service was outstanding. Joe Ferrante especially was excellent. Anytime you needed something done or need some help he would make it happen. I’ve been very happy with them overall and have recommended them to a lot of friends of mine.

We bought a house from Losani Homes about a year ago. We were generally happy with the experience and everything went well. The people we dealt with were friendly and professional. Didn’t have any issues. And the prices were fine as well. I’ve recommended them to many of my friends already.

I phoned Losani Homes about a couple of their houses. I thought they were great overall. The people I spoke to were professional and the prices were pretty great too. I would definitely recommend them to others looking for a home.

I give a 9 because nobody is perfect, but Losani Homes is almost there. We have had a great time working with Sales & Joanne from the Design Centre and we couldn't be happier with our purchase.

We just purchased a new home from builder Losani Homes. I have never written a review before, but had to, as we had such a positive experience. A big thank you to the Losani team that worked with us - Joanne in design, Greg our Warranty Manager and Greg (yes, another Greg) our Service tech. The whole process was seamless and we are so happy with our new home!! Thank you team Losani!

Bought a new home in Sunflower and we are very happy with quality of the house. Joanne in the Design Centre was very helpful and it shows in the final result. They had many selections available as standard features as well as the quality of the standard finishings far exceeds that of other builders I have seen. We liked the fact that there many different models of homes and that they were willing to help us find the model we wanted and make it fit on our lot. The move in date moved a bit and we had a few issues getting answers but it all worked out. During construction Dominic and Paul were very helpful and accommodating and provided great service. We had some issues post move in but they were all dealt with to our satisfaction.
Overall we are very happy with the house, especially the kitchen!
