The work was done by James and Melissa was very well done. The paint and stain used were of high quality and well selected. The ceiling in our bathroom looks like new and the trimmings done (outdoors) look refreshed and all the work was done with great care. James and Melissa were well organized and coordinated. The new office area, about 3,600 square feet, needed fresh painting - long overdue. Integrity Painting and Decorating did a very professional job, on time, some helpful suggestions along the way as well. Everyone remarked after how great our offices are.

The workers did a good job and were friendly. The owner and sales associate were problematic. They miscommunicated on many occassions to leave us the client feel uneasy. The owner had little to no customer service skills and was oblivious in how to deal with an unhappy customer.

On time, polite, extra helpful, and tidy. They did a great job! Ensured that I was satisfied before leaving.

Their staff came in and did a proper paint job where paint from a previous painting bee was peeling and looking shabby. The room also has huge traffic and they were able to address this with proper prep and then finishing work.

Integrity sent two women to do the work in my kitchen. Both women showed up on time, very polite and considerate. They worked hard the 3 days they were here. Cleaned up every night and I was able to use the kitchen eery evening after they left. If asked a question was answered completely. At the end of the job, the cabinets looked amazing, the kitchen was vacuumed up and you would never have known they were here! They did an amazing job and I would definitely hire Integrity again.

Our minor crack repairs and painting were done on schedule in a professional manner. Service was fully satisfactory in every respect.
