Pella windows and doors put in two windows and one wood garden door and they look beautiful. The quality of the product is great! It gives the impression you want when you see them. They did a really nice job and I would recommend them, however, I was disappointed after spending $14000 that the siding they had removed on the exterior of my house was not finished. Once they left and I had to purchase new siding and have it replaced which I think they should have done.

Thank you for providing this review. We learn from our mistakes and have hired a new installation manager. We normally do not replace siding unless we damage it but we should have been more clear in our communication as to the state of the existing material and advised you sooner so issues could be solved.
