My initial phone call was met by a friendly very knowledgeable sales rep who was patient enough to listen to my situation. I booked an appointment for 2 weeks later. This appointment was moved to a little earlier time via an follow up phone call and was confirmed by email immediately. When the very friendly technician came he was willing to reuse parts of my former screen setting which reduced the bill to half what I expected to pay. Super company with knowledgeable and really good people.
