These are beautiful windows - very well designed and functional. I chose Magic Windows in the first place because of the crank-less technology and the retractable screen. Those are indeed excellent features, and in addition the windows are elegant, and the trim colours are well matched to our surrounding trim inside and out. Service has been excellent throughout, from our sales rep Jennifer who went over options with us on site and helped us make the right selection, to the installers who were courteous and efficient. There was a slight problem with some silicon deposits on the glazing and a service team came immediately and rectified it completely. We have previously had other windows in our century home replaced and I wish that I had known about Magic Windows at that time - they are leagues ahead. There is a good corporate story of innovation and local manufacture as well. Congratulations and thanks to everyone at Magic Windows.
