We purchased our Novatech Imagine 2 door set of sliding patio doors a little over 10 years ago through Wardco Window. Within the 10 year warranty period both sets of blinds which operate completely independently broke within the glass panes. The blinds are encased in the glass panes and there is no direct external contact with them. This is very strange that they broke at the exact same time since they are completely independent of one another. We tried several times to phone Wardco Windows and doors but there was never an answer. I finally contacted someone at Wardco by email. At this point it was just outside the warranty and they quoted $2000 to replace the doors. The person at Wardco tried to contact Novatech several times, but they could not get in touch with anyone. This is such a poor business practice for a manufacturer not to respond to their distributor. I tried to contact Novatech directly by phone, but no luck. I also sent a message on their website outlining the situation, but no response. This has been several months now and they have not even got in touch with. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I am disgusted by this whole experience.
