An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
My bathroom renovation is the third project that Home Improvement People have handled for me. Once again, they delivered excellent service, attention to detail and reliable, courteous and friendly workers. My finished renovated bathroom was beautifully executed and is stunning! My advice to anyone taking on a bathroom renovation is to, not only hire Home Improvement People, but, for a small extra fee, hire their bathroom design expert, Niki Stern. She is awesome!
She helped me in so many ways and brought up details that were big improvements but things that I never would have thought of. Worth every extra dollar and then some! All in all, a truly satisfying experience.
