An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
2 for 2! We used them once before and I am still pleased to report that Dan and The Home Improvement People are anhonest, hardworking and a trustworthy bunch. From our initial meeting with him, to the finishing touches in our basement, our experience was a positive one. Everyone was very patient and allowed us to take the time to make the right decisions. Thank you to Elia, Christian, and Ray (and the others!) who put in many long days in the dust and darkness of our basement and pool room. The workmanship is impeccable. Everyone who was here took great pride in their work and it shows! Our family loves the basement and our extended family has been so impressed. We found their pricing to be very reasonable and fair compared to other companies out there, and what they quoted was what we paid. Dan 7 Elia were ALWAYS easy to reach if the need arose (via phone or e-mail) and consistently communicated with us regarding work progress and schedules. We have big plans for our house in the years to come and we will definitely be calling on The Home Improvement People in the future. Thanks again!
