An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
Sorry it has taken me so long to express our sincere appreciation for Elia's management of the multitude of improvements that have transformed our home. It was almost a year ago that my husband had a major accident at work and shortly thereafter I met you in the horror that was our basement and the only change I could contemplate at the time was gutting it to view the space.
Even though the scope of work increased exponentially throughout the months and there were a few bumps along the renovation path, we always felt that Elia was sincerely looking out for our best interests and it truly pained him when matters couldn't be resolved within a reasonable timeline or were out of our control. At all times we felt that Elia commiserated with us and his apologies and appreciation of our inconvenience were genuine.
You are very lucky to have a resource like Elia representing your company. Also, kudos to Haydee as she made us feel that even though the contractual payments were due, she would not collect until she was sure that the work was satisfactory.
We will be in touch after we recuperate from renovation fatigue to do some minor work upstairs.
Thank you again for the work of so many of your people to improve our home!
