We had hired HIP in 2011 to do our basement and were thrilled. This time it was Ben who came out to quote our job. The quote was detailed. This time around we opted for HIP's design services. For slightly more money we were able to work with Ivanka, who helped us select colours, fixtures and the tiles. Tim and his
crew were pleasant to have around. The job had to be delayed a few days due to some of the fixtures we had ordered arriving late, and HIP were completely accommodating. Ben told us the job would take 2 weeks or less. Demolition started on a Wednesday morning and the guys were done the following Friday. It's
rare to find people that go above and beyond to deliver on what they promise. HIP did that for us both on our basement and now on our bathroom.
