An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
This note is to tell you how much we enjoyed working with Niki and Jerry on the renovation of our two bathrooms. Both Niki and Jerry are true professionals. Niki provided excellent guidance in planning, purchasing, coordinating and project management. Her involvement made it easy for us. Jerry did all of the demolition and installation and is a craftsman who does exceptional work. He is focused, conscientious, cooperative and does everything extremely well. He cleaned up at the end of each day and the interruption to our daily routine was minimal. The project was finished on time and within budget and we are very happy with the result. For a project of this nature to be completed without anything happening that is upsetting or irritating is not only unusual but truly amazing. Yet, that's the way it was and for that we say thank you Niki and Jerry.
