We are not sure who you are, because we have replaced many smoke alarms for our clients in Whitby, and we don't have a "Black Widow" in our data base.
By the way - All our tech's are fantastic, so that does not narrow it down either, but we are glad you are happy with our service, and hope to see you again soon (and find out who you really are). :) :)
