Working with this company (TLP), has been outstanding. In particular they stand behind their warranty and ensure that corrections are made where necessary.
Not every job goes as planned and how a firm reacts to solving post-completion concerns is as important as the initial work. TLP rebuilt our chimney in 2017. A problem with efflorescence occurred and they made several attempts to wash the residue with acid. Unfortunately the problem persisted and in early 2018 they removed all the bricks and re-did the work. In late 2018 the efflorescence appeared again in the new bricks. The problem was monitored over the winter and recently TLP proposed rebuilding the chimney again. The work was just redone using an stone instead of brick.
During both times the owner has been professional, listened to our concerns, and based on his experience offered solutions (not excuses). The staff at TLP who do the rebuild work also deserve mention. At all times they are professional and do not rush the work just to get to the next job. Workmanship and clean-up have been excellent.
This company deserves and has earned our opinion that they operate with integrity and honesty. They truly stand behind their work.
