We had the back of our house waterproofed several years ago by RCC. Recently we had a very small amount of water come in following a major rain storm. We called RCC and they had a representative (Den), return our call promptly. He also came out in a timely manner and assessed the problem. A few days later a crew came by and did the necessary work. It is a pleasure to have work done by a company that stands behind its warranty, returns calls right away, and gets the repair completed as quickly as possible. This company is outstanding.

CPL was recommended to us by the company that rebuilt our steps (Three Little Pigs). We contacted Lucio and received a return call promptly. He then visited our home and took measurements and provided a brochure for design suggestions. We also visited their show room and met with Maria to complete the design selection. A written quote was then provided and the price was very reasonable. Delivery and installation was on time and the installation was completed by two staff who worked quickly and professionally. Although ours was a small project, we were treated with respect and courtesy throughout the process. There was always someone to answer calls, and Lucio would follow up as well as required. The workmanship of the product and the installation shows the pride the staff take in their work. A job well done!

Working with this company (TLP), has been outstanding. In particular they stand behind their warranty and ensure that corrections are made where necessary. Not every job goes as planned and how a firm reacts to solving post-completion concerns is as important as the initial work. TLP rebuilt our chimney in 2017. A problem with efflorescence occurred and they made several attempts to wash the residue with acid. Unfortunately the problem persisted and in early 2018 they removed all the bricks and re-did the work. In late 2018 the efflorescence appeared again in the new bricks. The problem was monitored over the winter and recently TLP proposed rebuilding the chimney again. The work was just redone using an stone instead of brick. During both times the owner has been professional, listened to our concerns, and based on his experience offered solutions (not excuses). The staff at TLP who do the rebuild work also deserve mention. At all times they are professional and do not rush the work just to get to the next job. Workmanship and clean-up have been excellent. This company deserves and has earned our opinion that they operate with integrity and honesty. They truly stand behind their work.

We hired TLP in 2016 to repair the top section of our chimney. We received quotes from several firms but chose TLP even though they were the highest price. Their warranty was what made the difference in our selection. They completed the work on time and at the cost quoted. In the winter of 2016 (and again in the winter of 2017), we had a problem with the appearance of the chimney. We contacted TLP in Jan 2107 to report the concerns. They replied to our concerns right away and we agreed to wait until spring to address the issue. In the spring of 2017 staff came to our home as agreed and acid washed the repair area. The issue appeared again shortly after the cleaning and once again we contacted TLP to report the condition. Once again they promptly replied to our concerns and once again sent staff to clean the area. The chimney seemed fine until the early winter of 2017 when the issue reappeared. TLP tried one more cleaning but the problem reappeared. This spring (2018), they decided to redo the work they originally did (under warranty). For now everything appears satisfactory and we will see if any further issues appear when winter arrives. Out experience in dealing with TLP has been outstanding. David and Barbara always return messages promptly. From the time we originally reported our concerns they have worked with us to resolve the issue. They provided meaningful responses and suggestions and took the time to carefully assess all the potential causes before attempting corrective action. The staff they sent to do follow up work were courteous and professional (similarly with the original and rebuild work). When the initial attempts to correct the problem did not work as expected, they took ownership of the problem and as a last resort redid the original work. It is a pleasure to see a company that stands behind its work. In addition they treat customers with respect and courtesy. There are too many situations where contractors abandon the customer as soon as the work is completed. That is not the case with TLP. They worked with us over the last two years to solve the problem. 10/10 to a company who earns it through their actions. We will use them again for any future work we have that falls within the scope of their services. Excellent company.
