As a former Brock Windows client I cannot tell you how impressive this company is. Sean the owner was knowledgeable, professional and offered various suggestions regarding the window replacement. Tom the installer has been with the company for 24 years. He treated my home with respect and did a fantastic job on the installation. I would highly recommend this company and look forward to doing more business with them in the future. Thank you Koper windows for an outstanding job!

This review is long overdue for installation in 2015. I had them put a window where there wasn't one before. I am very particular and not often liked by installers because of my fussiness. This installation was immaculate. I would definitely recommend them.

We had a retractable screen on our patio door that was not working well, and having issues with the patio door being heavy and difficult to slide. Sean was very honest, knowledgeable and did not try to sell us anything. We ordered new sliding screen door to replace the retractable screen. He did a great job installing a new door and did not charge us anything for the patio door assessment. The delivery was a little delayed on the screen door due to the manufacturer, otherwise our experience with Sean was great. By comparison, we had another company from Homestars come out and try to sell us a new patio door.

Sean was great to work with, excellent crew of people working for him. Quality work, neat and tidy, always cleaned up. Excellent input to what would look and work best. Would highly recommend them in a heartbeat.

We simply cannot rave about Sean and Koper Windows enough. We needed our outdoor porch screened in and were having a difficult time finding someone who could understand what we were looking for. Sean arrived when he said he would, took a look at the project, figured out a solution and went straight to work. Punctual, accurate, skilled and a pleasure to work with--that is Sean in a nutshell. He did a wonderful job! Our only complaint is that we didn't know of Koper Windows at the beginning of our renovation. We wouldn't hestiate to recommend Sean and his team. Exceptional work!

Over a 2 day period 20 windows were replaced with the utmost care and precision. The installers were professional, clean, polite, expert, knowledgeable and always concerned that they did their best work. The company representative made suggestions as to the window style and colour. A great assistance because a home owner purchases windows rarely. An excellent experience on all counts.
