expecting door handle issue could be resolved.
The door itself seems a bit unfinished. Some fix has to be made at the scene. The side of the door looks dirty.
The side top is a bit lower than other side. I am not convinced that its normal for all doors.
I need to paint the casing myself after the installation is a bit surprising. This was not shared before I signed the contract.
just an update, today the handle was stuck, I was blocked outside of the house. Have to re-install the lock/handle myself today temporarily. need to figure out the root cause.

Unfortunately, some issues were not communicated to you, such as primed casing, which is standard for all interior trim. Clients are responsible for their own painting or staining of the wood as we are not painters. Our apologies on the misunderstanding. As far as hardware goes (locks and handles) are always the client's responsibility, so It's unfortunate that the lock you bought/ provided for the team got you stuck. We did come out on three different occasions after the installation to rectify your issues.
